Lampada da tavolo italiana degli anni ’70, realizzata in metallo, Perspex e vetro opalino e concepita nello stile di New Lamp. La struttura presenta una forte impostazione geometrica e architettonica: una base rettangolare in metallo sostiene un involucro cubico in Perspex che racchiude al centro un diffusore sferico in vetro opalino.
Quando accesa, la sfera centrale diffonde una luce morbida e uniforme, mentre le superfici circostanti in Perspex generano riflessi e moltiplicazioni visive del globo, conferendo alla lampada un carattere fortemente scultoreo e scenografico.
The contrast between the rigidity of the cubic volume and the perfectly circular shape of the diffuser evokes the experimental, “Space Age” design language of Italian lighting from the 1970s—offering a bold, yet remarkably clean, decorative presence.
