Packaging

Our top priority is to ensure that every item we ship arrives in perfect condition. For this reason, we carefully package every single item using high-quality materials and specialized techniques.

Our experts use wooden boxes mainly in OSB (Oriented Strand Board) to ensure maximum resistance and protection during transport. The wooden boxes are custom built to fit each item perfectly, thus avoiding unwanted movement.

Inside the boxes, we use a 3 cm layer of bubble wrap and polystyrene to cushion and protect the most delicate items such as glass, mirrors and ceramics. These materials absorb shock and prevent any breakage or damage during travel.

We are aware of the importance of respecting customs restrictions and ensure that all our packaging complies with international regulations. Furthermore, we collaborate with experienced and reliable couriers who take care of documentation and customs procedures, ensuring smooth shipping.

Delivery time

Delivery times vary depending on destination:

National Territory(italy): 3-5 working days
European Territories: 5-7 working days
International Shipping: 5-20 working days (depending on customs clearance times)
