Description
A pair of 1950s Italian wall lamps attributed to Barovier & Toso, featuring a satin-finish brass frame and clear Murano glass diffusers. Each lamp features a square wall plate, a simple horizontal arm, and a cylindrical support that holds the glass body.
The diffuser has an open cup shape, with a wavy upper edge and rich relief workmanship. The ribbed and reticulated texture recalls natural motifs, ranging from leaves to shells, enhancing the transparency of the glass and creating refined plays of light. The satin brass adds warmth and an elegant textural contrast. Ideal for an entryway, hallway, bedroom, bathroom, or beside a mirror, they represent a refined example of Mid-Century Modern Italian lighting.
Measurements each: diameter 22 cm x depth 27 cm x height 18 cm.
