An extraordinary 1950s Italian bar cabinet, crafted from briarwood with an illuminated interior and mosaic mirror cladding throughout. Opening the cabinet reveals a dramatic and luminous space, with mirrored surfaces even inside the doors, glass shelves, and brass railings designed to hold bottles, glasses, and cocktail accessories.
The frame features brass wheels and a refined 360-degree veneer, allowing the beauty of the piece to be admired even from the side or back, making it suitable for free-standing placement. The piece has been conservatively restored and polished with shellac by master Italian restorers, preserving the craftsmanship and original patina. An elegant, functional, and highly decorative piece.
