How to Make a Return

Understanding the return methods is essential for a pleasant shopping experience. Here’s how you can return products purchased on Visioni D’Epoca.

Return Period

You have the freedom to return one or more products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the items, without the need to justify your decision. If you have purchased multiple items delivered separately, the 14 day period starts from the receipt of the last product.

Return costs

Please note that the costs of returning the products are your responsibility.

Return Procedure

To make the returns process as smooth as possible, please follow the steps below:

1. Download the return form:

2. Fill in the form
   • Fill out the form in all its parts.
3. Submit the form
   • After completing the form, send us the copy to the following address: info@visionidepoca.it.
4. Wait for our authorization
   • Once you have sent the return form, our team will examine your request in 2-3 days and authorize you to send the products.
5. Send the products
   • At this point you can send the products to the address indicated in the email received.
6. Receive your refund
   • Once the goods have been received in the warehouse, our team will examine the products and issue the refund.

By following these simple instructions, you can make your return quickly and without complications.

Remember: once you have received confirmation of the return, you will have to return the products to Visioni D’Epoca within 14 days.
